Dex Pixia Base slash found different on different platforms

Xbox 1 Dex Pixia base slash value it lower than PS4.  I play Orca390 on XBOX1 and Orca389 on PS4.   Upon finding a Viral mod setup for Dex Piixia Prime  on both systems to be different I remove the mods from both systems and found the base value for XBOX1 for slash to be 128.0 and the base value for PS4 to be 166.4.  I'm not sure which one is wrong and the chat hasn't responded with someone who plays on PC.

you might have strength or pistol amp on your titania that might mess with the number
