I remember when I got back into warframe back in December there was a warframe who was super useful in disruption missions cause they just made everything move slow. Enemies had some sort of slow swirling affect at their feet and it was one of the few abilities that could reliably slow down a demo unit. I thought it was protea but at a quick glance she doesn't seem to have that ability (only read ability names), Who does this slowing affect?
