Relic buff still includes buff to "channeling"

So I was doing some relics and I'm enjoying being able to see what buff I get from cracking open my relic. One thing I noticed though is that one of the buffs still includes a reference to "channeling" Which is a mechanic that hasn't been in the game in the melee rework. Not sure if the text is just old or the script itself is old too and we are getting a buff we can't even use.

Fairly certain the text is just old, if memory serves the Channeling relic buff became a 100% Heavy Attack Efficiency buff with Melee 2.9~ update.

Heavy Attack efficiency buff that is, AFAIK, still broken years later - last I checked that buff does nothing. Which, thinking about it some, does open the possibility that the reason it doesn't work is that the game is trying to apply the "channeling" buff. Which no longer applies because channeling doesn't exist.

In short, "channeling buff still included" might explain a lot.
