Red Veil Knee Guards barely affixed to Volt, and awkwardly placed.

All of Volt's skins (sans deluxe Electrolyst and Proto Skins, though Electrolyst placement could use a double-check too) have the Red Veil attachment attached horribly positioned. I know it's technically explicitly a knee guard, but Volt Prime and normal Volt (and also Electrolyst tbh) already come with exceedingly prominent knee protrusions already sooooo..... Thigh or Shin, please?
