Galvanized scope bugged out still

So this mod been out for a lot de and I'm hoping you will fix this single mod soon enough 

1 it doesn't have stacks really yea the number goes up but when counting down from 5x to 4 it doesn't giving someone time to get headshot kill

2 each kill has its own duration you need a headshot every 2 seconds to keep up the 5x but every weapon has slash or some other damage that may kill before the bullet plz make it so the mod depletes instead of it all going away 

3 tbh it's been 1 year it should have been fixed

Even though it's totally different from the other Galvanized mods, the stack decay behavior  with the two crit mods is intended.  This was confirmed by [de]momaw when another bug with it was fixed.  I'd suggest making a thread in feedback asking for a change if it still concerns you.  Personally I think it should work like the others, even if it came at the cost of something like number of stacks needed for the full bonus.

Tick damage won't ever cause headshots unless it's from electricity procs (see: Amprex). This mod is the least helpful of all the galvanized set, for sure I agree it needs the changes you suggested because at the moment it's unplayable. Anyway, it's worth nothing that kills from Pax Seeker trigger it.
