Railjack "abilities" (combat mods)

How does one activate void hole or blackout pulse, etc? 

I tried to use them like I would a warframe's abilities but it seems like nothing happens (rt button with either YBXA). I also went down and checked my resources to see and everything was full. 

I was on a pub mission and someone was using these and they were awesome.

Look into your settings. Controller has it's own tab for railjack. Maybe it's not binded or something. :)

My understanding is it just uses the same buttons you have setup for your Warframes abilities.

That's how mine work, that way I can't have a brain fart moment, well not all the time at least when I pop my shield by accident.
