Cetus Wisps Aren’t Populating

The Cetus Wisps aren’t populating in The Plains Of Eidolon this is my 3rd day in to looking at spawn spots for them and they still don’t show up. I spent three hours in the past few days trying to find them. There is a definite bug that is going on the tile set.   I hope this can be looked into.

Could you be a bit more specific ? Own many Missions (map loaded in Host/Solo)

Did you had any bonus ? Drop Chance from login reward or RK30 blessing in relay

 

Personal taste : I oftenly use Titania fly mode to find them (don't know why but I always get one when using the Fairy Queen), I usually do 3 bigger lakes and then reload the map Five to Ten times per try. I always do it with Drop Chance bonus ON (ask for it in relay : "Pretty please can someone bless me Drop Chance ?!" )
