(PSN)MikeX9 Posted June 5, 2023 Share Posted June 5, 2023 So since it's so asinine to contact customer support or even make a general bug post on this website, I'm gona post here...... My wife is a returner ON PC, she KNOWS her EMAIL for her ACCOUNT but has FORGOTTEN her PASSWORD. She can't contact customer support because you have to login to contact customer support..... When she tries to reset her password via email link she is greeted with AN ERROR OCCURRED, PLEASE TRY AGAIN. She has tried several times and has resent email links to the point where she has received a temporarily blocked message. Can someone PLZ fix or ASSIST in this issue?
