Just got this from cephalon simaris and see it is good for acquiring s.eeta genetic codes. I have smeeta and adarza already. Do you guys feel it is worth a bunch of forma to make it easier to get scans on Deimos?

Currently I use ivara and go to SP and usually get 1-1.5 scans on average per mission. 

It's a bit of a grind, just wondering if anyone using this can confirm it makes it easier.

Or, is it considered MR fodder only?

It's a great weapon for hunting Kavat Genetic Codes if you have a 2x booster, but is otherwise just an OK MR fodder.
If you do want to keep it, get the Synoid variant and just vendor the regular one.

I prefer the Synoid version, based largely on it being faster and how much I personally dislike slow attack speed hammers. Besides the scanning, it's also got an amusing heavy attack kills produce temporary specter gimmick which regular Heliocor doesn't.

I've been revisiting it lately with Kallervo, and it looks pretty promising...for a hammer.

Ok thanks I'll sell the heliocor and get the other one. Don't need two. Good to know it's good for kavat codes. 

Will my smeeta help if I had her along with me? SP scans are guaranteed but just curious if I'd get a double scan periodically?
