Firestorm and Fulmination

Thought I'd throw the idea around.

The year was 2019, the update 26.0 : Reach and Primed Reach were made to no longer be mods that scale with the equipped melee's range, but rather be a direct additive value, capping each at +1.5m and +3m.

So I thought maybe we could discuss about making Firestorm and Fulmination both work in the same way than these.

IF they were to take the exact same value as their melee counterparts then they'd be worth considering a mod slot for on way more weapons, and not just your average Zarr Bramma Tonkor Ogris. Obviously, they don't have to be exactly 1.5 and 3 for normal and prime version both, especially not since Incarnon Latron is a thing, but idk.

I'm all for this on the condition that this doesn't result in a nerf on larger AoE weapons, since both mods were already nerfed once.

Taking into account Primed Fire/Fulmin is +44%. Instead of just being a flat change, it's something like

Increases Blast Radius by 3m or 44%, whichever number is larger.

Come to think, be nice if they did this for Melee range mods.
