I streamed Twitch on Saturday, I received notification from Twitch, that I got the drop, I claimed it, ... Yes account is linked... Today is Friday 1st September, I logged in a dozen time meanwhile, did 100 missions BUT the only thing I still havent got is the rifle... any suggestions?

Try unlinking and relinking. Even if it says it's linked sometimes it really isn't properly linked. Especially if you didn't claim twitch drop rewards in a long time.
