The radius isn't with the augment, that is the base range of the ability. But there are some augments that do have a specified range. The 3 second duration is mentioned in a patch note back from 2014 which is from a very long time ago and is not listed anywhere on the ability or augment. Now for my suggestion, I am thinking that maybe streamlining all of these grant ally buff stats could be nice to have some baselines for the stats. It is all over the place with the specified range and duration given with them. The add additional damage mods is consistent across the lineup so maybe they can bring the stats of other allied augments up to that level or to a specified duration/range level for the rest of them if 40s/15m is too much for all of them.
