The reason why it's being asked of you to pay for the missing platinum, it's because you have purchases in the market that sadly were not made, if they allowed you to play, you would be roaming around with premium cosmetics for free.

You have 2 options, either you actually buy the platinum, which will be the same as buying the cosmetics, or, you ask support to undo and remove them.

The situation you're in isn't new, something happened to the purchases you or someone else made and DE simply removed the platinum made with those purchases, was it you? we don't know. Maybe it was with someone else, but you had the plat and you bought cosmetics and other goodies from the market with it.

Even legitimate purchases can be undone, it's a premium currency and DE benefits from it, they can add/remove as they see fit, if they find something fishy, they can undo the trades and remove platinum, even ones with actual purchases, it's how you use the systems that determines if things should stay or not.
