I would like to use the cross-platform save, but on the Warframe.com page if I open the drop-down menu it says "Link your account!", and if I go there, my PC account is connected. So, is my PC account connected or not? And if it is, why can´t I use cross-platform save? In the game proper I have checked that cross-platform save is enabled in the options. Secondly, since you asked for feedback, a forum is the second worst customer support communication method, second only to putting a message in a bottle and chucking it into the ocean. Please let us Email inquiries to you, because this method (insert something Ortis would say in their doomsday voice), does not spark joy. I do not care that it is convenient for you to offload as much of the workload as possible on the players, it is free for you after all. Thank you.
