Customized invisibility should be its own slot on all frames

First of all i have to start with the fact i cant have bunny ears and the new custom invisibly on Ivara. I also realized when i use quiver cloak i have to stand there awkwardly partially invisible while everyone else is completely invisible. 
Secondly bunny ears should be a Signa or its own thing like a headset.

Yeah this was mentioned a lot in reaponse to the initial feature announcement. It seems like a brainfart that they forgot every frame can be invisible. 😅
