Umbra’s Passive

When his passive says “attacks 10% faster and deals 10% more damage while wielding swords,” exactly how many does this apply to? I know the passive affects weapons like the Skana and Skiajati, since they’re in the Sword category, but I want to know if it affects other weapons like the Paracesis and War. 
 

I know this question sounds a little dumb since War is in the Heavy Blade category and not Sword, and the answer should be obvious, but I just want to know anyways.

Just a quick correction, Skiajati is not a Sword, it belongs to the Nikana type.

 (However, those are also affected.)
