DawnoftheWhiteFury
Bleed statuses caused by Ash's Bladestorm are not currently being affected by Banshee's Savage Silence or other buffs that specifically increase Finisher damage, which is what Bladestorm's entire base damage consists of. Bladestorm's base damage IS being increased by Savage Silence, but the resulting Bleed status effects are NOT affected. However, Bleed status effects from Bladestorm do inherit a damage buff from Roar and other such buffs that specify increasing base damage. This seems to be a bug specifically with Banshee's Savage Silence, Excalibur's Radiant Finish, etc. A better way to put it perhaps is that the Bleed statuses are ignoring buffs to Bladestorm that specify increasing Finisher damage, despite these buffs increasing Bladestorm's base damage which Bleed relies on. As you can see from the pictures below, the Bleed statuses from Bladestorm are doing the same amount of damage regardless of whether the buff from Savage Silence is active or not. Both of these were taken with zero combo counter. This seems to have been caused by the damage resistance rework introduced in Jade Shadows, as before that this synergy did function properly. DawnoftheWhiteFury
This could also very well be a bug related to status effects caused by Finishers generally, but I haven't tested this as of yet.
Billgard35
Feels like Bladestorm is bugged, i've tested it with Innodem, full mods and no mods and the damage was the same.
DawnoftheWhiteFury
Bladestorm isn't intended to scale off of melee mods, save for attack speed. So that isn't the issue. The issue is that Bleed is supposed to be based off of base damage, but it does not function properly if the base damage is increased via "Finisher Damage" buffs.
