Railjack Tactical Menu non-functional for hosts

I thought it might be good to put it here since it's still active as of 31.1.4.

Long story short
Hosts cannot interact with the tactical menu while not a pilot or gunner. If the host is on-foot, in archwing, or in the artillery position, the host cannot click on anything in the menu. There is a video in the original topic, but for convenience, I will put it here, too.

UPDATE:

Apparently it's not actually a host thing and there is something wrong with the "Defaults" button in the settings that will break the ability to interact with some menus on keyboard and mouse.

The fix is to close Warframe (if it's open), delete (or rename) the file C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Warframe\EE.cfg, and (re)launch Warframe. This will generate a fresh EE.cfg file, however your keybinds and some graphics settings live in that file, so you'll have to manually put your settings back.

DO NOT TOUCH THE DEFAULTS BUTTON! 
You will have to do this process again.

I'm going to try putting my backup and the fresh file through diff to see what exactly is different between the files so maybe you don't have to delete the whole thing while we wait for a fix.
