Orbiter decorations

There is an issue with orbiter decorations that only effects players with cross save enabled. I've tested this on multiple accounts with several people and it is consistent across every account. Anyone who has enabled cross save can only show their decor to players who also have cross save enabled and they have to be on the same console or pc. From what I have gathered this doesn't affect anyone who hasn't enabled cross save, they can showcase their decor to anyone no matter what. This issue also works backwards. I can't see other people's decor if the have enabled cross save and are on different platforms. 

P.s. pls fix zariman decor on switch they are all missing textures and look unfinished compared to their pictures
