Anti synergy with decrees

As the title says, there are certain decrees you can roll that totally #*!% up your builds, the biggest offender in my opinion being smoldering strike. This decree absolutely ruins any builds with melee influence on them as it will combine into radiation. If you could take a peak at that that would improve Koumei a ton.

Maybe if you get awarded a Decree you don't like, there could be a window where you could hold the cast button to throw the Decree into the garbage?

Skill issue, plan ahead.

That being said, a way to reroll decrees should be possible, so you can "banish" a couple decrees if you roll them. Maybe at a cost, maybe for a benefit, depending on how DE wants to handle it.

Yeah they should add an option to discard and ban the decree being offered.

At the cost of going into max cooldown, I'd assume. It'd be too OP otherwise.

No it wouldn't be too OP. That's a decree you would have gotten and claimed and it wouldn't appear again. Instead you just throw it away which is the same as claiming it but without having its effect apply. There is nothing extra being gained by throwing it away other than preventing it from breaking your build.
