PSA: Caliban Missing From Koumei & the Five Fates Inbox Message

Hey Tenno! 

For those who have not received their Caliban after logging in after Koumei & the Five Fates launched, we will be Hotfixing this week to ensure those affected receive their missing Caliban. 

How To Claim Caliban Post-Hotfix:
Once the Hotfix is live, you will be required to open the Caliban inbox message in order for the Warframe to be sent to your account properly. To do so, sign in after downloading the Hotfix, open the pause menu, select “Communication” > “Inbox” and select the Caliban Inbox sent to you by Lotus. You should then have your free Caliban properly deposited into your account. 

Investigation Findings: 
We saw reports from players informing that they had not received their free Caliban after Koumei & the Five Fates launches, despite the Inbox being sent to their account. After investigating, we found that the issue was caused with a mishap in the Inbox sender from players opening/interacting with the 5x Forma Inbox that was sent at 12 PM ET on October 2nd (after the Caliban one was sent at 11:30 AM ET) and then relogging without interacting with the Caliban Inbox. This understandably caused much confusion, as players had the Inbox message but were not able to locate the free Caliban in their inventory. 

We will update this post to let you know once the Hotfix is live, so that you can check that your Caliban has been properly received.
