Plains of Eidolon is glitched

Whenever I go into the plains of eidolon for resources, as soon as i leave to go to wither cetus or my orbiter (i have tried both) the items disappear. This is about 20 Iradite, 60 nistlepods and around 50 grodkrul that i had farmed that has not gone into my inventory. I have tried resetting warframe many times, my switch, and even changing out warframes yet nothing works. Please help me i just want to increase my ostron level.

are you quitting thru the menu or are you going to the gate?

Don't use the Abort option, that always makes you lose whatever you picked up, Free Roam is no exception.

Finish the "mission" properly by leaving through the gates to go back to Cetus
(you can open the full map - hold M or whatever you've set it to - and click the teleport pad right by the gates).
