Well. As game code. I'd expect clan stuff to take forever and a day. Though I'm surprised trading got in first. Or they wanted trading first to build alliances on top of it.

But this was art team based. Yet I'm sure the art team has been too busy making frames, guns, gas tiles, jungle tiles, OD tiles... Yet that's never going to end. And they stupidly made a ETA for late Nov in the topic. At least the melee contest will get done in a timely fashion. That's important content.
