At A Loss For What To Do: Can Not Buy Platinum Or Anything Elce, No Mater The Payment Choice.

I have used  (Tried) Credit cards, Debit cards, Gift cards, Bank cards,

Blue cards, Red Cards, Playing cards, Business cards, phone cards Hell i would even try a Greeting card

Or even Calling Card if given the option.

 

In the past, I have had no problem what so EVER in buying platinum. or My founders Pack.

 

But now, no matter the option,  I am told that no matter what option i choose, That i can not buy anything.

and I refuse to use that pile of crap called Steam

 

have i been bad?  did I spill milk?

 

Is it something I am just not getting?  or is my money not good enough?

 

I would love to spend it,  its just sitting there.  My Money Wants to be Spent.

I have contacted support.

I did what they said.  Bank said, "yeah nothings wrong, it should work."

 

Used a Gift card like i have before.  Its not just Declined.  the Pop up  Is broken

 

I put in the Card number.  i put in the date i put in the security code.  when i hit continue.  The window Blinks.  and resents as if i entered no information at all.

 

using all other methods.  get me error messages or just a Broken window.

 

so I came here.

 

EDIT:  Offtopic   i have used Steam.  I burnt it off my PC 5 min later.  Personally i think it is Utter garbage.

Not as bad as the Pile of human filth that is Origin.

but its slowly doing what it can to get to the same level as that rubbish.

they did. Twice.

first saying

"looks like it was declined, from the info we can look at"

Today:

"sorry we can't look at or tell you any info, this stuff is handled by..."

gave me an email, I am now waiting on that.

the thing is, why do i have to Play E-mail tag, why do i need to waste Supports Time?

every second they spend to help me in dealing with this, is time that could of gone to getting info on, then helping to fix some Bug in game.

what changed? why is this taking place?

and i don't think i am alone in this Dance of the Transaction samba.

First thing i tried.

 

3 different PC, 2 Laptops,  and 5 trips to 5 different Internet coffee shops.  (5$ a min btw)

 

all the same.

The only way to get to plat then may be, asking a friend to buy that stuff and trading it then within Warframe.

OH you will Love this,  i have done that.

 

He went to buy plat.  like he has done over 15 times.  He is NOW having the SAME issue.

 

Unlike me,  he promptly said: "F*** this. F***K them. Not going to buy anything ever again, They can sit and spin"
