That's @(*()$ absurd. 10 plat per colour would put the cost of colours to packs ratio at 7.5:1, and each pack has what, 30 colours/shades? That means for one whole set of individual colours you could instead purchase all of the packs, pretty much. 5 plat per colour, on the other hand, is much more reasonable at a 15:1 ratio. The point is more that most people will for the most part will only use (or make do with) 5-10 colours per pallet. From a marketing perspective thats where you want the price of the entire pack to be so people are more likely to think buying the whole pack (and maybe appear to be spending slightly less) is the better option than just buying those 5-10 colours they actually want.
