Slurmageddon Posted February 11, 2014 Share Posted February 11, 2014 The super crazy rave hentai laser gun is a stupidly fun and wacky weapon to use. I absolutely adore it! Congrats and thanks to all involved with bringing its insanity to the game. However after a while of using it, there is one way in which it is lacking. The swirly dance-lasers of doom I spew out at my enemies have no actual impact on the things they hit To clarify: When you use a flux rifle against a wall, environment or enemy you get that burning, laser-on-metal visual and audial effect to show you that you are shooting a wall and the wall is being shot. When you use a Synapse against the wall,environment or enemy the tendrils of lightning dance and zap against it When your Phage tendrils are firing off, they have no registered impact on the things (or people) they come into contact with. They just sort of dance around harmlessly whilst the (very satisfying) damage numbers pour out. This is the tiniest of criticisms, but I really think its something the Phage loses out on by not having. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

LazyKnight Posted February 11, 2014 Share Posted February 11, 2014 I would like to see it get some type of effect similar to the one that bullets get when hitting shields. I know that it supposed to be a corroding material beam or destabilizing ray for organic material, but it should still do 'something' on the impact site.
