Especially when heavy gunners were around. Back then with the oldest, you knew there was a heavy gunner around when you heard the quite distinctive chain rattle. With the old sound, your main clue that a HG was around was that you've lost all your shields in 0.5 seconds. Haven't heard the newest sound yet, so can't judge on that one. Myocarde Posted March 24, 2014 Share Posted March 24, 2014 I prefer the old Gorgon sound over the new one, Like the old one had a really heavy, hard-hitting bolt so it sounded like somebody's driving nails through a sheet of metal.
