Ketec
This is a joke, right? 50k, 150 OXIUM, 1k pol. For something that can just blow up in 1-2 uses, yet the oxium takes hours of grinding to get. 50k pricetag is far from low aswell. Hopefully it does actually have increased health. But that oxium cost is just extremely high.
Jack_Crowley
As with all extractors, you can repair them by having them sit inactive and undeployed in your inventory. Unfortunately, if you want a constant stream of Extractors without risking destruction of them, you would need to make 2-3 extractors per node you wish to deploy them on. Since when the extractors regenerated health by leaving them alone? Mine never did that and eventually they all died after being the only ones I could use (stopped building them since they would normally get so few mats that it was a waste of mats and credits for what they would get back before dying...) Endorphinz
The heck are you talking about?
RoseQuix
They regenerate health while in your inventory. They will not recover health while deployed.
Llyssa
If you take an extractor out of rotation, it heals. If you build twice as many extractors as you need, and just swap them every time you collect, you'll be fine.
Socks
Don't forget you have to leave it on the planet for 8 hours. I bet you'll end up getting around 2 neural sensors or something if you place it on Jupiter if you're lucky.

I've been swapping out extractors on the same nodes for months now, and they do in fact regen health when they aren't being used and are in your inventory. It was added a while ago, but I'm not certain when.
Ketec
wasnt it 4h, not 8? But the point is - 50k credits, 1k pol (semi rare) and 150 oxium (ultra rare) - is quite steep cost.
LGear
For something that can just blow up in 1-2 uses Learn to Extractor Swap. Build at least 1 more extractor than you need, then when your currently deployed extractor has finished collecting and is damaged, you replace it with your backup extractor. If said backup extractor becomes damaged, enough time should have passed that your other extractor has healed itself in the inventory, and thus you can swap. I've never lost any of the extractors I've built doing so, so even if my initial investment in extractors is high, the long term savings are worth it.
