Honestly, the hijack mission type was probably the best mission type I have ever played.

I hope to see these stick around. I think it was done very well and I love the whole "gauntlet" feel to it.

Maybe this could be implemented in the future with higher scores producing better rewards, or maybe an endless type mission where you can go to the next hangar bay and get another core and hijack that one too. Just a thought.

 

Anyways just wanted to say, well done on the mission DE, I absolutely loved it and I hope we can get varying difficulties to increase the challenge.

Game mode is fun yes, kudos to new design and nice map... And the rain was a cool touch too.

Only criticism I have is if youre going for big score etc or solo you cant really collect your loot but thats not even a big problem.

Considering how short it is - doubt that's important. And you can just leave it and go get loot if playing for stuff rather than score. Just make your choice and stick with it.

Could also easily be solved by checkpoints which are already semi implemented.

There was many comments on chat last night about how easy this event was. I believe they made this first one simple and easy to complete so DE will get as much feedback and data as possible.

 

Well, considering it's on Earth where the level of enemies isn't that high, it's not surprising that it is easy (even though it's used like a key, the map seems obviously like Earth).

 

Once the gametype is spread to other planets which are at a higher level, then we'll surely have more challenge. But as mentionned, it's pretty fun. Much like TF2's escort mission thing.
