About The Dificulty Of This Game (Problems And Posible Solution)

we all know that the dificulty of this game is umbalanced, broken, or it simply doesn't escalate properly acording to players equipment and experience.

So, having the interception problem that we all are aweare of, DE needs to tone down the amount of spawning enemies, (i heard of a guy who got evicerators and bombars withing the first minutes of an interception game).

BUT anyway, the whole point of this thread is not about just interceptions, is about THE WHOLE GAME.

some people (newbs) complain that the game is too hard while the others (pre u9) say is too easy.

complains about warframe's difficulty is about both the player problems and the game, when the player is unskilled(player problem), he is not properly equipped (player and game problem) and when the game plays cheap (game problem *cough* broken lights *cough* grineer bombards on earth *cough*).

Soooo... i have a couple of POSSIBLE solutions regarding the games dificulty that will satisfy both the Newbies AND the Vets

NUMBER 1: Base dificulty + Conclave Rating

So the solution here is fairly simple, we have an MK1 braton, lato and skana while wearing excalibro on EARTH, and besides, his equipment is not potatoed or leveld to the max, the conclave rating should not be over 300 points, by having those number the game Could balance the enemies LVLs acording to the newb's equipment, so is posible to him to actually beat the levels, at least solo and progress while mantainign a fair challenge

and what do we have here, puting my case for example, a rhino, with a fully leveled gorgon wraith ,detron and orthos, all of them potatoed and modded to the ridiculous, conclave rating? over 1400 points! so using this rating this start to get nasty, with enemies leveled to a much higher level than the actual earth that STILL offer a challenge AND can be a effective way to punish (or at least put things harder) to players constantly farming neurodes from hek with cheap and overpowered equipment

this could also increase even more the enemies lvls when there are more player, forcing then to stay toghether


NUMBER 2: DIficulty Meter + Increased Loot

i'm not gonna lie, this idea was stolen inspired by diablo 3 dificulty mode:

if the first solution wasn't enough, we have this idea to please hardcore masochists players in search of a challenge, a chance to INCREASE the dificulty you (the host) are about to play, fro the standar dificulty to another mode that is close enough to nightmare, and only that? NO! this dificulty selector would give players an INCREASED drop chance of recources and credits and better mission rewards for a rewarding, big challenge.

I always thought the conclave rating would be cool to moderate difficulty. This is why people have clans though. I think its cool to find someone mastery 0, take them into the clan, and pump em up with power(mods, farming, build suggestions). This game can be kinda rough starting out

I like the second part, the game still doesn't reward players for getting skill or achieving high mastery ranks.

Anyway, what I'm saying is, theres should be a point were, whatever is rare gets easier to obtain, cause you have evolved that much.

(explicitly talking of rare mods)
