Metage Posted March 19, 2014 Share Posted March 19, 2014 So, I recently had a fun idea while playing on some voids with a friend of mine. I started to wonder how fun it might be if DE introduce novelty weapons that, while not doing significant damage, have hilarious effects when fired, swung, achieved a stealth attack with or a get killing blow. For example, you kill a grineer or corpus with a wiffle bat and gets smashed off the map with 'HOMERUN' colorfully displayed on your hud, or 'kill' something with something akin to a nerf gun and makes a dramatic scene out of its death (it would be registered dead with xp and everything of course). I bought the Paris just for the novelty but if I'm presented with any mission I know a firearm is 10 times more accurate and allows me to quickly engage multiple targets whilst dealing the same volume of damage. Rollers Grineer Melee Shield= Conclave RAGE Brogun= Secondary. Does 1 damage per second, shoots rainbows.
