Question

Morning Tenno,

 

I submitted a support ticket 3 days ago and haven't heard anything since, is this a standard thing or am I just special?

 

I did receive a PM from DE staff here on the forums, not the same employee that has my support ticket, that was helpful and I think I've got the issue sorted.  Just not sure if I should wait for them to get back to me or not before I make changes to my PC.

That's normal. Some had to wait a week or more for a reply. The support staff is getting lots of tickets daily so it's no wonder if you had to wait 3 days or more.

Ah, ok.  

 

I'll be sending my support person another message when I get my changes done then. XD  Hopefully it'll fx everything and it'll be one less ticket to deal with.
