Not everyone is going to remember to check them, nor does everyone want to -- even the people who post on these forums are a very small fraction of the actual playerbase. If you wanted to do a rollcall, you should have taken note of who the warlords were and contacted them directly via these forums or in-game. Again, requiring an extra set of forums is completely unnecessary and further complicates something that really doesn't need to be all that complicated to begin with. Additionally: The attendance check was something that was not originally present in the OP, and was never mentioned in-game or anywhere else except for the super special forums. There was no notification given in-game or on these forums that "Hey, we've got mandatory attendance checks on these other forums now, make sure to check in or you'll get the boot". None. And quite frankly, failure to do any of that is a failure on behalf of those in leadership positions. I know for a fact that many of the people in "inactive" clans were doing quite a bit to contribute, as one of my own members contributed a great deal of resources to a regiment before we were booted. You can't say that people were given "alot of time to check in" when there was no way at all of even knowing about it unless you were already using your own forums, or you checked this topic (for whatever reason). And no, we don't use an extra set of forums. We don't use these forums for any discussion of alliance business except processing recruited clans. So don't use these forums to complain about how you missed the check-in. Attendance check-in is clearly in the alliance policy. The reason clans are booted is because those clans didn't take heed to the policy and the requirements and weren't responsible enough to register on our forums, where we discuss alliance plans and decisions. Everyone who did check-in did so precisely because they were aware of this policy. So do not use this thread as a place to vent your frustration because you failed to adhere to the requirements.
