What Side-Arm Is This?

What secondary weapon is this? Never seen anything like it before.

It shoots "lasers" like a Synapse (that red death beam of doom) and even had a similar sound effect but I am certain it isn't because the guy was using an Ogris for his / her primary.

 

This was the only image I could get since this Loki kept staying invisible... >__<"

Spectra is one of those weapons that's been bad for a loooooong time.

 

If you like it, I strongly suggest getting it and putting a bunch of forma on it anyway. I put five forma on my Ignis back when Ignis was total trash, just because I like flame throwers. Now it's one of the best, must-have weapons in the game and there's even a frame that debuffs enemy's resist to fire. <3

The lasers on the plasma cutter don't kill, but the lasers on the spectra do, also the plasma cutter has 3 lasers, and the design looks looks nothing alike.

Based on those weapons, it's terrible, but it's a fun weapon in it's own right.
