Selling And Trade For Warframe

I had asked in chat if you could trade warframes with each other and they said no.  I then asked if you could sell your warframes for platinum and i hadn't gotten a response. Can you sell a warframe for platinum?  i did not buy the warframe i am wanting to sell i built it in the foundry which is still under construction will be done in 1d 20h 1m 0s if anyone's interested

You can only trade UNBUILT PRIME Warframe Blueprints.

 

ETC Mag Prime Chassis Blueprint.

 

To clarify, the only way you get plat is getting it in a trade from someone or buying it. So you have to be able to trade it to someone in order to get plat from them.
