(PSN)dday3six
Being on PS4, I can't speak from direct experience with U13 itself. However I was personally hoping for something like the Space Marine game from 2011 were you'd have access to deadly melee combos, while at the same time retaining the use or your sidearm. Vargras
@Vargas "I don't understand what the post is saying, I should leave the forums." Good Idea. But really, I don't think you understand my intentions. What is meant by "melee mode" is having to select your melee weapon in game, not the system itself. To more clearly iterate my point, all I am suggesting is allowing the benefits of stances in quick melee. I knew what you meant. I still think it's stupid. Jamescell
@Vargas your argument argument that it would be destroying all that DE has worked on in melee 2.0 is completely wrong. Do you think it took them however long it did just to implement a separate melee mode from using rifles? No. What took them so long were the combos and stances. Asides from that you provide no justification as to why you don't like this idea.
Worira
Not to mention that this doesn't remove that mode anyway, it just makes the two a bit closer together, with melee mode not being able to aim and whatever other downsides quickshot has, and gun mode not being able to parry or channel.
