Recommended Posts

Name: Infested Amalgamation

Behavior:

This large mass of flesh resides in corridors and doorways, blocking them off as a giant wall comprised of fused together Infested creatures. Damaging this extremely resilient creature causes it to call other infested creatures to come to it's aid, effectively surrounding the attacker while preventing their advance until it is destroyed.

Attacks:

Emits highly effective toxic damage to the immediate vicinity and explodes with viral damage upon death, making melee attacks a dangerous choice to deal with the Amalgamation. Being damaged at all causes other Infested creatures to come to it's aid from behind the attackers (So they don't get stuck on the wrong side of the Amalgamation).

Environmental Restrictions:

Yes, must be able to block a path to slow and entrap the Tenno.

Name Suggestion: Mutant Mongrel

Behaviour: As a humanoid quadruped, its movement will be creepsihly staggered and able to spring medium distances. Its primary behaviour will be that it favors climbing and stalking Tenno on the walls, giving the true sensation that you are being swarmed, not just from the ground.  Wall movement would be slower to give the effect, meanwhile its other feature is that it will let out shrieks or horrifying moans/whispers.

Attacks: The mongrel will be able to dish out medium-short range damage by spewing a tar like substance. Upon taking damage (maybe 1/3 health) the mongrel will attempt to launch itself frantically at the Tenno with a clawing attack, all subsequent successful hits deal 1 stack of toxin.

Environment restrictions:  Can appear anywhere an ancient could. Ratio of about 3 mongrels for every 1 ancient

For those who love the floating enemies. (I know I do)

Name: Latcher

Behaviour: This twisted Skate floats around and attacks with the tech from it gained by assimilating with Corpus Drones and its own deformed "wings".

Its primary behavior is to attach itself to a target and either buff or debilitate them using its abilities depending on what drone it assimilated with. It can only latch on from behind. Tends to target bigger guys, but will even latch on to the lowly crawler if necessary.

Attacks: Alone it will dive-bomb the target for a low damage knockdown. If behind the target it will attempt to latch on causing effects depending on the drone it assimilated with. Has supplementary attacks while on allies.

(These are just my brainstormed examples and ideas)

Doom Latcher (Mine Drone) - buffs ally damage output and drops gas mines. On enemies it'll overload and detonate.

Blood Latcher (Leech Drone) - Buffs health and fires leeches that drain run speed. On enemies it'll leech health.

Buzz Latcher (Shield Drone) - Buffs ally speed and zaps a nearby enemy. On enemies it'll apply an Amprex effect.

Scream Latcher (Scavenger Drone) - Creates a wind shield directly in front of allies and screeches to blur vision. On an enemy a pulling effect is applied to all his opponents and their projectiles. Effectively making you the center of attention.

Environmental Restrictions: Basic infestation, can be found where things get nasty. Rarity between Ancients and Leaders.

Appearance: I am no artist, so I leave that to the imagination of how to combine a infested Skate with a Corpus Osprey.

Name: Infested Splicers

Behavior: Just barely faster than most ancients, Splicers are a hybrid mix between grineer and infested ancients. They can tolerate heat more than other infested, and are practically a moving tank.

Attacks: With it's glowing tentacles, Splicers have the ability to steal energy with one arm, cause poison damage with the other, and eat away at tenno shields with it's front tentacle.

environmental restrictions: Typically open environments. Splicers do the best damage in crowded and dark hallways. They don't care to wait for their prey to come to them.

(I hope I filled everything out okay! Thanks for checking this out.)

Name: Harasser

Behavior: Very agile, clinging onto walls and gliding longer distances using it's webbed claws and feet. Much like normal infested, they don't have a great intelligence and are more deadlier when bundled together with the rest of the infested and tend to rush towards the player.

Attacks: Harassers glide towards the player, usually latching onto them and clawing at their face, while other times  just swooping at players and momentarily stunning them. If the player is surrounded by the Harassers, then the player would be lifted into the air and tossed around until they are dead or the Harassers are defeated.

Environmental Restrictions: None. These things are meant to be scary and make an "oh Sh**" moment as the players try to escape a horde of flying infested that looks as if they were born out of nightmares. These things can climb on rooves and walls, glide long distances to cross gaps, and can cling onto players for extra mobility.

Attacks: Shockwave - he jumps into the air then slams to the ground to create a shockwave that acts like rhino stomp,  Feast - he opens his mouth and sucks in air sucking frames towards him then bites down with teeth,  regular attack - hits frames with a rhino leg and a excaliber torso and head

Environment restrictions: only on od missions

Name: Defiled One

Behavior: Much like the Stalker, Gurstag Three, and Harvester it will act as a hunting mob. However they can only be encountered on Orokin Derelict Missions. Once a Tenno has been targeted Lotus will warn them of the Defiled One. The Room will be locked down if it has doors and will proceed to attack the targeted Tenno.

Attacks: The Defiled One will be as the name sorta describes a infested Tenno that looks like one of the prime frames. Depending on the mission the Defiled One will use the Warframe it has infested abilities. Example: a Defiled Frost Prime will use Frost orb to deflect ranged attacks and slow melee users. The Defiled One will have a slightly different look due to being infested it will have an infestation blade for melee and gun to use as well.

Environmental Restrictions: The Defiled One will only have access to the room it has locked the targeted Tenno in and will be able to move, jump maybe even use special movements such as rolls and wall running.

Misc: Upon Defeat the Defiled One will have a chance to drop a prime part of any of the items it was using ranging from the frame to the weapons.

Name Suggestion: Necronulis
Behaviour:
The Necronulis is a slime based infested creature that feeds from his dead allies.
Once he consumes dead bodies, he grows in size and thus in strength.
When he grows larger however, his weakpoint will grow in size too as it is the slimy bubble in which the mass is destroyed on his back.
He avoids direct fights if he hasn't consumed much yet.
Attacks:
The Necronulis attacks the player by 'headbutting' the player with all it's gathered mass.
Environment restrictions:
Not really.

Name:Corpus/ Grinnier onyx

Behavior: this specific NPC prowls the halls of rescue missions, they are stealth oriented assassins who try to kill the hostage ,and if they get a chance you. The onyx work like the stalker winch makes them kine to teleporting and invisibility, they hit hard hit fast and like the Tenno ruthless.

Attacks: swinging a small Grinnier or corpus blade they inflict high bleed and puncture damage leaving your melee tactics useless as they can hit harder move faster than you, so make a plan of attack wall you can still see them because they can hit you out of cloaking (Hint: watch for the vapor effect of them moving and you just might survive.)

Environment restrictions: these onyx they can only be spawned on defense and rescue missions making them a  pest for players who have to protect something.

Description:They were jet black armor specific to there faction ,but  once they see you they throw a 15 second cloak on to hunt you. Vapor trails will give them away as there armor has a particle effect. They also have masks that resemble swat masks but more appropriated to Warframe factions (corpus can keep there helmets, talking mostly Grinnier helmets)

Thanks for giving us a chance to give you an idea of what we want. Thanks DEV's <3

Name Suggestion: Gatherer

Behavior: Darts in and out of fire, VERY fast and swoops up ammo that has been dropped. The more ammo it collects the stronger and faster it gets. When killed it explodes violently (damaging all in the vicinity) and drops all collected ammo, effectively providing players with its bounty. This makes the enemy something to be sought out in desperate times and a real game changer in tough situations.

Attacks:
Screech- Shrieks loudly and stumbles tenno who get too close, giving it time to escape.
Lunging strike- Jumps at the player, knocking them over and running away.
Stab- Pokes at tenno, delivering a moderate amount of damage.

Environment Restrictions:
Any Infested mission
Moves quickly in and out of battle using its allies for cover as it deprives tenno of ammunition on the field. Found lurking on pipes or skulking about in the dark.

Name Suggestion: The Devourer

Behavior:  These tall (6 feet tall) runner like things act much like an infested stalker.  He is highly aggressive and will do everything to kill the target, including charging foward and knocking other infested out of the way (but he will not kill them like Gustraag or Harvester).  He has a lot of health and armoring, but no shields. Ancient healers can not heal him. On death he could drop a rare mod, a rare resource, and/or a part/blueprint for a weapon. Upon killing a Tenno, the game ends, and the player who was killed gets infected. This causes Energy Drain and HP Drain while in missions until a cure is crafted (much like the Gustraag Bolt). Lotus will mail you a blueprint for the cure after your defeat. The visual effects would be infested tendrils on the Warframe on his arms, body, and legs.

Attacks:  He will appear above the target and attempt to ground slam them. Then, he sprints at the target and tries to chop at them with his claws. He primarily deals slash damage. Besides his basic claws, he can buff nearby infested with bonus damage and move speed by roaring. He can also do a rhino charge like attack to get to the player quickly. This will knock infested and Tenno down.

Environment restrictions:  Must be a mission where Infestation spawns in, and one player must have a mark. The mark is earned by helping stop an infestation outbreak. When he starts to spawn in, the screen will flicker blood red, and screams can be heard in the distance. When he appears, the screen flashes white, and a loud scream is heard.

Name Suggestion: Proglottid

Behaviour:  Worm-like infested that splits in half upon receiving significant SLASH damage, becoming two creatures, each with half health, but can regenerate to full. Will attempt to retreat upon splitting to do so. Each proglottid can only split a limited number of items.

Attacks: Standard melee biting, as well as lunging capabilities a la Leapers.

Environment restrictions:  Standard infested spawn rules.

Name Suggestion: Dopple

Behaviour: Dopples would spawn looking like a player, and attempt to fool them, until a successful attack, or being discovered and damaged, dropping their facade, either engaging in mele combat, or fleeing to try again. Could also when in close range and disguised show on minimap as a player.

Attacks: While disguised, dopples would either have a high damaging ability, such as something to remove shields in 1 blow and a good chunk of health or perhaps a 1 hit down. Once discovered, if escaped, will take on a different player's form, and repeat, if more than 1/4 health taken at discovery, would resort to melee combat with claws.

Environment restrictions:  Dopples could spawn on any high level infested map, or perhaps act as the infested equivalent of Zanuka, or stalker.

Name Suggestion: Infested Swarmer

Behaviour: Often appears in groups of 3-5. Picks a target and hovers just outside of melee reach overhead, flitting about in erratic, jerky motions to avoid gunfire. All infested units (except other Swarmers) have a rare chance to spawn 2-3 Swarmers upon death (these swarmers spawn from the resulting corpses, so attacks that eliminate corpses such as Channeling, or Saryn's Miasma, will prevent this).

~Attacks~

Stinger Volley - Most common attack. Pauses in mid flight to fire 4-5 needle projectiles. Purely puncture damage. Will be disabled by Radial Disarm.

Acid Glop - Uncommon. Lobs a globule of acidic compound at the target. Low damage, but 100% Corrosive effect proc chance. Will be disabled by Radial Disarm.
Toxic Sting - Uncommon. Hovers in closer to deliver a melee sting. Puncture damage with low chance to proc Toxin effect. If Swarmer is Radial Disarmed, Swarmer will repeat Toxic Sting every 3 seconds.

Environment restrictions: Anywhere and everywhere Infested can be found.

(Optional) Art or Reference Images: Flying, wasp-like enemy similar in size to shield osprey and similar drones. Imagine something like Monster Hunter's Bnahabras. (http://monsterhunter.wikia.com/wiki/Bnahabra)

They are in a near primal state and are used as Grineer skirmishers, using whatever melee they are given. They are also known to attack their fellow grinner if they cannot find a Tenno to maul.
