But for a simple explanation: You need to get their parts and blueprints by completing Void missions, which you get to with the Tower Keys. Once you have all the parts and the blueprint, you can build it just like any other Warframe or weapon.

Prime equipment is made using blueprints & parts found within Void & Derelict missions, which require various keys.

 

Once you have a blueprint and the corresponding parts, you craft the item in the foundry.
