Llyssa Posted May 30, 2014 Share Posted May 30, 2014 Technically it's a bug(the game shouldn't have done that), however, most people really like it, and it only happens, as said above, when you have less than 100% power strength. Ergo, DE has declared that it's been relisted as a "happy accident", ie. it's officially considered a "feature" now, despite it being unintended.
