It is also one of the first hybrid weapons, where teh Grineer were able to incorporate Orokin technology with their own. Captain Vor's corruption should have infused the Seer pistol with more power, making it a more dangerous weapon. A Corrupted Seer Pistol should drop from killing him. So, there does not seem to be a 'Prime' version; unless the 'Orokin technology' in this case is actually tids and bits of the Seer Prime, which were used to build the Seer. Could go either way. Seer is a cross between a lex and a boltor: the Lex was originally intended to be a 'hand-sniper'. The seer has more damage per-shot than the Lex. But shots have travel time like the boltor. It can fire fast and has 8 shots in the magazine. Less recoil than the Lex and faster reload. Travel time is faster than the boltor (I think not as fast as the boltor prime though), it can hit enemies far away without too much trouble. IDK why you are talking about the Lex when the only point of having a Lex is to make an Aklex which is better than the Seer in all the meaningful ways. Also, the Lex reloads faster, can crit, is hitscan...and can obtained easier than the Seer... For a little more cash and half the orokin cells you can get the Aklex. Back in the days of yore, THe Lex was intended to be a 'hand sniper'. The seer, whilenot being hitscan, has a fast travel time, being suitable for at least medium range, and packs a stronger punch than the Lex. Since the corruption made Vor more powerful, The Seer could have a buffed version too, as it is Vor's weapon. It's a grineer weapon with an orokin attachment that does idk what. There's no fancy gold energy or anything like what you see in the Void. It's supposed to be a hybrid weapon.
