So Where Do I Get The Kubrow Module?

I guess I'm the moron who has to ask this. I've been looking all around trying to figure out how to build the place to grow my Kubrow and can't find it. I was told to look on the market, I'm looking all over and not finding anything. Bought all the individual parts that mentioned Kubrow stuff but there's nothing in my foundry to suggest I can just build one... EDIT: Finally found it after I relogged again in the actual quest part of Codex... eesh..
