Farming For Loki Prime?

I just want to make sure all this wiki information is correct from the wiki page:

Blueprint: T2C

Helmet: T4S Rotation C

Chassis: T1S Rotation C

Systems: T4D Wave 15 or Higher

 

I've been farming for a long time and haven't gotten a single piece. I'm starting to get suspicious that the info is wrong. 
Comment where you got your pieces and specify if you are absolutely sure of the info.

It is correct. The systems just have an unreasonably low chance of dropping.
