If you wish to play a game-mode with a specific goal or strategy in mind, you are best forming a group with your friends, or joining a Clan. The problem is Pugs is mostly filled with people who just want a free ride to the void and as such don't care much for the hosts goal. I normally only join a void party if I also have a spare key to use and invite them along after or if I happen to stop by and notice a run I'm interested in. Either way.
