Scindo Prime Too Rare?

I think this is the proper section to post this since I could use some help.

Me and me friends have been running T3MD since 14.8 came out. And we haven't had any luck with the Scindo blade. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if it's super rare? Like Boltor Prime BP (when it came out) rare?

Also, if I chose to give up and buy it from someone else, how much should be a sane/fair price?.

Again, my apologies if it's the wrong section.

Whether it be relative, bugged, or actual, the rarity of items when they are first released into the void has always been lower than what they eventually raise it to.

I claimed mine yesterday. The BP took me about 12 runs, Blade about 7, and I got the handle on my first try.
