TheOrbs Posted October 13, 2014 Share Posted October 13, 2014 so i just got enough exp to do my rank up test (test 6) but when i started my rank up the screen went black for about 20 seconds then went to loading screen so i thought everything would be fine then it kicks me back to my ship and when i go to try the rank up test again it says i have to wait 24 hours and that i have failed my rank up test how can i fail a test i didn't even take. It didn't even load the mission at all well thought i might post this coz i'm mad as crap since now i have to wait a day till i can't start my crafting so yea if there's anything that anyone could do that would be amazing. Xirka Posted October 13, 2014 Share Posted October 13, 2014 This is a known bug, a work around exists. Make sure you are set to solo before trying the test, it may work. FarStike Posted October 13, 2014 Share Posted October 13, 2014 As other posters have mentioned this is a known bug. However here is a proper workaround to ensure it does not happen. Take your test immediately after logging into the game. If you qualify for rank up during a session, exit the client, wait 2 minutes, reload client and take the test first thing (before alerts, trade etc) In every instance I'm aware of this has worked around the bug.
