Syndicate And Warframe Abilities, I'm Confused

So, as we all know, ability mod cards will be removed, and will be built-in to your frame. And, Syndicates will be able to provide altercations to abilities. My question is, will these unique abilities also be tradeable? They can't be traded as a mod, since ability cards are removed. Will it work similarly to a Forma or something?

 

So, what do you guys think, or know?

they're not unique abilities and yes they will be tradable. they will be mods which change what one(or more?) of the abilities does.

Yes, since it'd be like putting regular ability mods on, but now with two slots less space. They better be modifiers for abilities that are tradable rather than mod cards to place in the mod screen.
