Regnighc
Does anybody know what would happen to Limbo's Cataclysm ability if one were to apply maxed Fleeting Expertise and Transient Fortitude mods. Would this result in a Negative Duration and cause the Cataclysm ability to collapse at an increased rate? If so how effective do you feel this could be and in which scenarios? Caliocerion
Cataclysm would have a 3.7 second duration.

ThunderZsolt
using both fleeting exp and transient fortitude takes only 87% duration (60% and 27%), so you'll have 13% of the original. i think 0.13 is not a negative number...

I'm no expert, but then why does negative power strength makes your enemy go faster with Molecular Prime.
Khawz
I'm no expert, but then why does negative power strength makes your enemy go faster with Molecular Prime. Each percentage of power strength, reduces or increases enemies movement speed by 1. Depends if you have negative or positive power strength mods. (PSN)MadDerpyMonkey
Reverse Charge! All affected enemies go back on their feet. Reverse rhino stomp...Rhino launches himself up in the air and stuns himself? I think negative and reverse effects might be bad lol. Nyx reverse mind control... oh god how bad this could be... Caliocerion
I'm no expert, but then why does negative power strength makes your enemy go faster with Molecular Prime. Because molecular prime has 30% power strength by default. If you add maxed over extended, that's -60% power strength. 30 - 60 = -

Regnighc
I'm more interested in seeing would Rhino Charge go backwards with negative power duration I think I've seen this before. Rhino doesn't go backwards but he goes forwards extremely slowly.
