I agree that saying "foot soldiers" is a little silly when they aren't exactly on foot. Maybe just a general "enemy forces incoming" would work. On a similar note, it doesn't make much sense for Lotus to tell us that Grineer (or Corpus) soldiers are approaching when we know exactly who we're fighting prior to launching a mission. I get that it's from back when the enemy type could change halfway through a mission but when I drop on Ceres I know exactly who I'm fighting before I even step out of the Liset.
