Don't take my word for it, I rarely see people using support to get items back after they got them and then crashed/disconnected for no reason. DE. Please. What the F***. 487 (Well, maybe around 370) kills of those little damn drones in a single sitting for those toys and it all magically disappears from me. I'm more than just a -little- upset. I had something similar happen, I got the drop then one of the tunnels on the way to extraction was blocked by a object that wasn't supposed to be there. Just after u15 came out I was running the first archwing mission and ran into the stalker wh dropped blind justice. At the end of the mission my game glitches and sent me back to the login screen without saving. I messaged support and pretty much the reply was that if the information didn't save due to a random crash or anything they sadly can not do anything.Short version: you can try support but they probably can't help. I've been hunting that elusive mod as well (~1600 locust drone kills and no luck thus far), and if that happened to me, I'd probably put a fist-shaped hole through my monitor.
