You can fire 1 arrow and take out a decent amout of them (punchthrough) I just run around to get the perfect shot . since infested just follow you around. Stacking damage mods will get you to 7790 damage per shot or something thereabouts. Firing both shots with minimum delay takes ~2ms Therefore if you plug that into the standard dps formula (7790 * 2) / 0.002 You get a dps output of about 7.8 million.
